Accountabilities:

    • Manage the portfolio of renewals, endorsements, and new business within auto fleet insurance placement processes
    • Prepare market submissions, technical documentation, loss records, and summary reports to support client and insurer engagement
    • Collect, compare, and validate insurance quotations and existing client risk programs to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Maintain updated records and ensure proper data entry into internal systems to support efficient workflow continuity
    • Review coverage specifications shared with insurers, ensuring alignment with guidelines and client requirements
    • Communicate effectively with market contacts, insurers, and internal stakeholders to support negotiation and placement activities
    • Requirements:

      • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance brokerage placement or technical insurance roles focused on auto fleet products
      • Strong technical knowledge of motor insurance products, policy conditions, and claims/emission processes
      • Intermediate Excel skills and strong analytical capability
      • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
      • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
      • Experience in risk management, client negotiation, or consultative service approach will be considered a plus
