We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.The Accounting TeamExamples of key problems the team is working onBuild the financial infrastructure from the ground up (NetSuite, Zip, Shareworks, Pigment).Stand up a lean finance org for the fastest-growing data center hyperscaler.Own the full stack from vendor invoice to cap table.Role ScopeOwn technical accounting positions across revenue recognition, leases, project finance, and equity, writing the memos that document how the company accounts for first-of-a-kind data center transactions.Run the financial reporting close and produce accurate financial statements on a fast cycle as the company scales toward audit and public-company readiness.Stand up technical accounting policies and controls from the ground up on a lean finance stack (NetSuite, Zip, Shareworks, Pigment).Manage the external audit relationship, preparing the support and positions that let auditors sign off without surprises.Partner with strategic finance, legal, and commercial teams to structure and account for complex, high-value transactions correctly the first time.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point.
