Senior Project Manager

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced General Construction Manager to serve as the primary on-site owner's representative for a large-scale, mission-critical data center construction program. This individual will be the single point of accountability for daily construction execution, contractor management, schedule adherence, and quality oversight across all project phases — from civil/structural through MEP rough-in, commissioning, and turnover.The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of hyperscale or enterprise data center construction and can effectively bridge the owner's strategic priorities with the day-to-day realities of an active construction site.

Required Experience8 Years of construction management, which needs to include mission critical or DC. Must be able to manage the GC and multi-disciplined sub-contractors. Must understand scheduling, const control, contract admin, and construction drawings.
