As an Assistant Manager Spa, you’re not just helping oversee daily spa operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Support daily spa operations: Assist in managing the spa’s day-to-day functions, stepping in for the Spa Manager/Director and/or spa team members as needed to ensure seamless service and compliance with all health and cleanliness standards
- Contribute to revenue growth: Assist with marketing, merchandising, and spa programming initiatives
- Support operational efficiency: Help manage budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and inventory control to optimize operational effectiveness and cost management
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support spa team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
