Accountabilities:

    • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines integrating CRM, marketing, product, finance, and operational data sources into a unified data warehouse
    • Own and evolve the internal data infrastructure, ensuring reliable data models, schema design, and system performance at scale
    • Manage data warehouse architecture including partitioning strategies, access controls, and security frameworks in collaboration with infrastructure teams
    • Take ownership of billing and revenue-related data systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and ongoing maintenance
    • Partner with GTM, RevOps, Product, Finance, and executive stakeholders to define KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making
    • Develop and maintain data transformations and workflows that ensure clean, reliable, and well-structured datasets
    • Build dashboards and analytics layers to support business insights across GTM, product, and leadership teams
    • Champion data governance, documentation, and quality standards to ensure trust and usability across all data assets
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, ideally supporting GTM or business intelligence functions
      • Strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL with experience in modern data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, BigQuery, or Snowflake
      • Proven experience integrating data across systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Amplitude, and other GTM or analytics platforms
      • Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP and familiarity with CI/CD and containerization tools
      • Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, data models, and analytics-ready datasets
      • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and quality best practices in production environments
      • Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into data solutions
      • Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
      • Bonus: Experience with product analytics tools such as Segment, Mixpanel, or Amplitude and exposure to high-growth SaaS environments
