About the job:
- Lead and manage full project lifecycles for data warehouse and data migration initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Drive governance, documentation, and reporting to management and steering committees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance or Business
- At least 6 years of experience in banking and large-scale system implementation project management, with solid knowledge of banking operations and financial products.
- Strong background in Wealth Management and Private Banking
- Led end-to-end large scale transformation projects
- Practical knowledge with strong database systems and SDLC skills.
- Highly analytical and structured in problem-solving; adept at understanding complex situations quickly.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team leadership skills, with extensive experience managing people, including clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a project manager in financial system integration companies is highly preferred.
- Experience at a financial organization that uses private banking or wealth management products.
- Excellent Mandarin/English spoken and written skills.
