Ireland: €146000 - €150000 (EUR) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more aboutbenefits at Google (https://www.google.com/about/careers/applications/benefits/) . **Responsibilities** + Own and drive critical networking reliability programs that support the reliability of Google’s Wide Area Network and Data Center networking across Google Cloud products. + Lead highly technical strategic planning and execution by curating roadmaps, project timelines, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), while proactively managing network dependencies, risk, and mitigation plans. + Directly manage and mentor a team of EMEA-based Technical Program Managers, leveraging resources to maximize program impact and fostering an exceptional people-first environment alongside an excellent portfolio management. + Coordinate projects and establish steering groups across Networking, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) partners, and development teams, ensuring exceptional stakeholder management and clear communication to senior leadership. + Influence and align cross-functional teams with varied priorities, evaluating technical trade-offs to effectively manage business changes and program impacts.
