Working closely with the Director of L&D, you will translate business needs into practical, high-quality learning solutions, including blended learning pathways, management development content, performance support resources and more.Design and develop high-quality skilling content across modalities, including courses, workshops, facilitator guides, job aids, video, and performance support resources, that connect to real business outcomes and reflect how people work at Akeneo.Build and manage blended learning pathways on our LMS, ensuring content is organised, accessible, and sequenced to support learner progression at every stage.Transform existing content and knowledge assets into engaging self-paced and instructor-led learning experiences that scale across the business.Conduct learning needs analysis and support curriculum planning to ensure all solutions are grounded in evidence and aligned to business priorities.Partner with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to...
