Accountabilities:

    The Senior Product Manager will own the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for CRM products, ensuring solutions meet customer needs while supporting broader business objectives. This role requires strong product leadership, market understanding, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

    • Define and execute a long-term product vision and strategy for CRM solutions aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.
    • Develop, communicate, and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and market opportunities.
    • Serve as the voice of customers and partners by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and translating insights into actionable product requirements.
    • Build relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners to understand market trends and evolving needs.
    • Lead product discovery, business case development, prioritization, and delivery of new product initiatives.
    • Create detailed product documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, architects, and data teams to deliver scalable and innovative CRM capabilities.
    • Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously improve adoption and business impact.
    • Develop AI-powered product capabilities that enhance CRM workflows, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
    • Stay informed on automotive retail trends, competitive solutions, certifications, and regulatory developments impacting the industry.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in SaaS, CRM platforms, and enterprise technology. They should combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills and be comfortable working with customers, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.

      • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing enterprise or B2B SaaS products involving integrations, APIs, or platform capabilities.
      • Deep knowledge of automotive retail technology, dealer operations, OEM ecosystems, and preferably automotive CRM solutions.
      • Proven experience defining and delivering successful SaaS or CRM product strategies.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business case development capabilities.
      • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present effectively to executives and external partners.
      • Experience managing complex priorities across multiple teams, stakeholders, and workstreams with limited oversight.
      • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, marketing operations, customer engagement strategies, and campaign optimization.
      • Hands-on experience building or applying LLM-driven or AI-powered product capabilities is highly valuable.
      • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
      • Experience creating product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
      • Comfortable using data, KPIs, and qualitative insights to guide prioritization and product decisions.
      • Preferred experience with CRM marketing, service CRM, lead management, product-led growth, partner-led growth, AI products, or data platforms.
      • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
