About this role
We are looking for an Sales Engineer - Heat Pump to be assigned to our Izmir Office.
Role Responsibilities
Achieve heat pump sales targets and increase market share in the İzmir region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, investors, dealers, and installers.
Identify new business opportunities and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Manage the entire sales process, including site visits, product selection, quotation preparation, technical presentations, and contract negotiations.
Provide technical support and recommend the most suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide regular market feedback to management.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and regularly update sales forecasts.
Work closely with after-sales and technical support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Role Purpose
To drive the growth of heat pump sales in the İzmir region by developing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. The role is responsible for representing the company professionally while delivering technical and commercial solutions that contribute to the company's business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the HVAC area
Experience with heat pump HVAC products
Experience in project sales and dealer/channel management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Good command of English is preferred.
