In this role, you will design and deliver data pipelines, analytics products, and visualization solutions using modern cloud-based technologies.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing analytics capability, working alongside global teams to solve complex business problems and create measurable value through data.Our TeamYou will be part of Koch Analytics capability, a collaborative and global team working with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Analytics Consultants. The team focuses on building data products, enabling insights, and supporting business decisions through innovative, scalable solutions.Working in an international environment, you will gain exposure to diverse business domains and cutting-edge analytics use cases.What You Will DoDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using cloud technologiesBuild and enhance data products across the full lifecycle—from prototyping to productionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutionsDevelop and optimize data models, data warehouses, and analytical datasetsImprove data quality, lineage, and reliability through governance and validation practicesIdentify opportunities to optimize existing solutions and deliver improved performance and scalabilitySupport the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and visualization products for business stakeholdersWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience in data engineering or analyticsExperience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM)Strong SQL skills with experience designing and implementing data models or data warehousesProficiency in Python and experience working with distributed processing frameworks (e.g., PySpark or similar)Experience with version control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOpsWhat Will Put You AheadExperience with Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables (DLT), or Microsoft FabricExperience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platformsExposure to GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and building data or analytics agentsExperience working in cloud-based lakehouse architecturesFamiliarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes environmentsExperience in the manufacturing or industrial domainAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
