Accountabilities:
- Execute wellbore intervention applications within the assigned district, ensuring equipment compatibility with operational requirements and customer needs.
- Apply technical expertise across increasingly complex wellbore intervention projects and related service applications.
- Provide on-site customer support, ensuring accurate job documentation and completion of required reports and paperwork.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to wellbore intervention operations.
- Apply mechanical and operational knowledge to ensure products, tools, and services are delivered with high quality standards.
- Support field operations involving fishing, casing exits, wellbore cleanup, and through-tubing fishing activities.
- Collaborate with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow company procedures, operational standards, and quality guidelines throughout service delivery.
- Participate in rotational field assignments and adapt to changing operational priorities.
- More than 3 years of experience working as a Field Specialist in wellbore intervention operations.
- Hands-on experience with fishing operations, casing exits, wellbore cleanup, and through-tubing fishing applications.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and application practices related to wellbore intervention products and services.
- Experience with drilling, completion techniques, and drilling or workover rig operations.
- Exposure to land rigs and semi-submersible rig environments is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective field solutions.
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
