Architectural Technician - Construction Administration & Field Services
Role responsibilities
The Architectural Technician will serve as a key liaison between project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients, ensuring construction activities align with project requirements and quality standards. Responsibilities include performing field observations, managing RFIs and submittals, and supporting project closeout efforts.
Requirements
Candidates should have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience in construction administration or management. Strong organizational, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are also required.
