Accountabilities:

    As the Manager, Supply Chain Productivity & Solutions, you will lead initiatives that improve operational performance, optimize supply chain processes, and introduce innovative technologies across the organization. You will combine analytical expertise, project leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support long-term growth.

    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity, operational health, and supply chain performance.
    • Analyze supply chain data and build reporting solutions using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign workflows to improve throughput, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
    • Evaluate, implement, and optimize supply chain technologies including ERP, WMS, TMS, automation platforms, and other digital solutions.
    • Lead cross-functional transformation projects involving operations, IT, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and external partners.
    • Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to standardize processes and improve operational performance.
    • Use predictive analytics and modeling techniques to support demand forecasting, procurement planning, and supply chain decision-making.
    • Identify process vulnerabilities, resolve operational gaps, and support compliance and performance audits.
    • Drive AI adoption within supply chain functions by developing AI strategies across forecasting, planning, manufacturing, and logistics.
    • Translate business challenges into technical requirements for AI-driven solutions and help integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows.
    • Lead change management efforts by improving AI adoption, training teams, and supporting employees in leveraging new technologies.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, co-packers, and logistics partners, to deliver business objectives.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced supply chain professional with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for using technology to improve operational performance. You should have experience leading transformation initiatives, managing complex projects, and turning data into actionable business decisions.

      • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, productivity, or a related function within the beverage, food, or CPG industry.
      • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
      • Proven experience leading supply chain optimization, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
      • Strong understanding of ERP, WMS, TMS systems, and supply chain technology solutions.
      • Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar platforms.
      • Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning models, workflow automation, and AI-enabled business solutions.
      • Lean Six Sigma experience and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
      • Experience with EDI systems and supply chain data integrations.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including data modeling and automation.
      • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms is strongly preferred.
      • Ability to develop strategic plans while also executing tactical solutions in a fast-moving environment.
      • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence executives, peers, and operational teams.
      • Ability to travel up to 25% for supplier visits, operational reviews, and team meetings.
