Accountabilities:
- Partner with Marketing and Go-to-Market leadership teams to develop strategic priorities, operational plans, and growth initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze complex business challenges using qualitative and quantitative research to identify opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Design and execute primary and secondary research projects to support marketing strategy, product development, brand positioning, and campaign planning.
- Conduct market sizing, forecasting, customer analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry research to inform executive decision-making.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and trends that support long-term business growth.
- Develop and maintain account intelligence strategies to identify high-potential prospects and strengthen customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Manage marketing databases by ensuring data quality, cleansing records, enriching account and contact information, and maintaining accurate intelligence.
- Integrate data from multiple sources into unified reporting systems and ensure ongoing database accuracy.
- Utilize CRM platforms, including Salesforce, to manage data quality, validate records, generate reports, and support operational excellence.
- Build reports, dashboards, and strategic insights using SQL and analytics tools to improve marketing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, GTM Strategy, Finance, and Operations to support strategic planning and execution.
- Lead multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution and stakeholder communication.
- 6–8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, market research, or marketing operations.
- Strong experience conducting primary, secondary, and tertiary market research.
- Hands-on experience using SQL to generate reports, perform analysis, and produce actionable insights.
- Familiarity with sales intelligence and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach, Lusha, Tracxn, or similar platforms.
- Experience identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) across multiple customer segments and product portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Experience conducting market, industry, financial, and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management abilities with experience leading multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, adapt quickly, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- MBA from a leading institution and/or a technology or engineering degree is considered an advantage.
