We're looking for a customer-focused and commercially minded Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our Sea Logistics team. In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Working closely with Operational Care teams and Field Sales, you'll help strengthen customer engagement, drive retention, support business growth, and contribute to operational excellence across our sea freight services.

How you create impact

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and regular engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring enquiries, requests, and issues are resolved effectively.
• Manage customer accounts, maintain CRM records, and support customer retention and growth initiatives.
• Prepare and manage spot quotations while supporting pricing and commercial activities.
• Promote digital solutions and automation tools to enhance the customer experience. 
• Monitor service performance, identify exceptions, and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support profitability by monitoring customer performance, financial risks, and overdue accounts. 
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operational Care, and internal stakeholders to deliver customer excellence.

What we would like you to bring

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations, ideally within Sea Logistics.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of customer profitability and financial performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in making decisions. 
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a customer-first mindset.
• Proactive, solution-focused attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Advanced English skills; additional language skills are a plus.
