  • Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans that align technical and non-technical stakeholders across the Paid Media organization.
  • Monitor project and system health by identifying unspoken risks, investigating workflow disruptions, and resolving roadblocks across cross-functional teams.
  • Research, pilot, and champion new AI tools and automated workflows that advance PMO process innovation and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in project coordination, program management, operations, marketing, or a related field; internships and relevant academic experience considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize information, summarize discussions, and communicate next steps clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in modern project management platforms (e.g., Workfront), collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace), and familiarity with basic workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience configuring workflow automations or system integrations in a professional or academic setting.
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to project management or operations workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basic technical workflow issues independently.

It also applies to recruiting, hiring, job assignment, compensation, promotion, benefits, training, assessment of job performance, discipline, termination, and everything in between. Recruiting, hiring, and promotion decisions at Salesforce are fair and based on merit. The same goes for compensation, benefits, promotions, transfers, reduction in workforce, recall, training, and education.

In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
