Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using tools such as n8n, APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts.
- Build and optimize system connections to ensure reliable data movement between business applications and platforms.
- Manage and enhance Airtable environments, including databases, interfaces, automations, and scripting solutions used across multiple teams.
- Develop solutions that reduce manual work, improve operational efficiency, and create scalable business processes.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate the creation, documentation, and maintenance of scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- Administer enterprise applications, including user management, permissions, configurations, saved searches, and system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot application issues, integration failures, and synchronization problems across connected platforms.
- Provide advanced technical support beyond traditional helpdesk responsibilities, acting as a reliable escalation point for systems-related issues.
- Monitor and support data pipelines and analytics environments to ensure teams have accurate and dependable information.
- Create and maintain documentation, system guides, workflows, and operational runbooks.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively implement solutions that strengthen system reliability.
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, IT engineering, automation engineering, or a related technical role.
- Advanced experience with Airtable or similar relational database platforms, including complex structures, interfaces, automations, and scripting.
- Strong experience building workflow automations using n8n or comparable automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience developing API and webhook integrations between SaaS applications.
- Strong scripting skills using JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Experience working with REST APIs, authentication methods such as OAuth, and system integrations.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to develop and maintain technical solutions.
- Experience administering enterprise business applications, including user management, roles, permissions, and configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive ownership mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business partners.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, SQL, or data pipeline monitoring.
- Knowledge of identity and access management tools such as Okta.
- Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Jamf or Intune.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace administration.
- Experience supporting eCommerce, retail, customer experience, or digital operations platforms.
- Experience supporting analytics, reporting, and finance technology needs.
- Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 USD, depending on experience.
