A Day in the Life

Estudiante de Comunicación o Diseño en último(s) semestre(s) que quieran desarrollar su práctica en Comunicación Interna, enfocándose en cultura organizacional, comunicación corporativa, manejo del cambio, reputación y posicionamiento y narrativa organizacional. Debe tener buen manejo del inglés, ser proactivo, responsable, orientado al detalle, empático, buen comunicador y estar interesado en una oportunidad para trabajar en una compañía multinacional, en constante crecimiento y que contribuye a aliviar el dolor, restaurar la salud y extender la vida.

• Construcción de iniciativas de escucha al empleado
• Elaboración de estrategias de comunicación
• Manejo de canales corporativos de comunicación
• Creación de piezas visuales y narrativas de comunicación
• Soporte para la creación y manejo de eventos internos
• Definición y seguimiento de métricas de uso de canales e iniciativas de comunicación
• Soporte y acompañamiento en iniciativas de gerencia del cambio
• Consolidación de una estrategia interna de reputación y posicionamiento
