Accountabilities:
- Lead and facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure all onboarding materials and communications are delivered accurately and on time.
- Coordinate onboarding workflows including employee documentation, file creation, system setup, and training support.
- Support HR Business Partners in daily administrative tasks and contribute to improving employee lifecycle processes.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, documentation requests, and HR system troubleshooting.
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring proper coordination with stakeholders and completion of required steps.
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and proper recordkeeping in employee files.
- Assist with compliance audits, data entry validation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or similar people operations role.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (experience with Paylocity or similar systems is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Proactive mindset with curiosity for improving processes and systems.
