Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Marketing Specialist to join a thriving digital marketing and web design agency. This is not a "Media Buyer" role; we are looking for a well-rounded marketing expert who understands the full funnel, from search intent to landing page conversion. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth for a diverse portfolio of clients across the North West of England, combining strategic PPC management with technical execution. This is a growth-stage environment where your expertise will directly influence client success and the agency’s internal scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Lead SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and lead generation for client accounts.
- Build, edit, and optimize compelling landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring their digital presence aligns with their business goals.
- Collaborate with the web design and development teams to ensure a seamless user experience from ad click to conversion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Marketing Specialist role within an agency environment.
- Deep technical expertise in Google Ads (Must-Have).
- Deep technical expertise in Meta Ads (Must-Have).
- Strong proficiency in SEO best practices and implementation.
- Exceptional command of the English language with the ability to write high-converting ad copy.
- Ability to work a strict GMT 9-5 schedule (Offshore).
- A technical mindset with the ability to manage the "last mile" of marketing—editing and building landing pages.
