Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Integrated Media, HK GC
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for experienced professional to lead the Digital Brand Marketing and Integrated Media strategy for Hong Kong, transforming Nike into the most culturally relevant and digitally sophisticated sport brand in the marketplace.
This role brings together brand storytelling, digital experiences, and media strategy to deliver seamless consumer journeys across digital, retail, and city ecosystems.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Brand Marketing at Nike leads our Sport-led offense across Hong Kong and Macau communities, and key consumer moments. This role sits at the intersection of Brand, Digital, and Media, driving how Nike shows up across Hong Kong and you will collaborate closely with Marketing teams and cross functional teams.
You will be a key connector translating sport × marketplace × city priorities into powerful digital and media execution.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of marketers focused on building and growing the territory’s digital ecosystem, transforming Nike into the most connected, athlete focused, digital brand in the world. You will bring best-in-class brand and commerce experiences to life for the consumer, working as part of an integrated O2O Marketing team.
LEADERSHIP
- Lead digital strategy across seasonal brand priorities, sport moments, product launches, and city initiatives
- Lead a team of consumer-obsessed, digital marketing experts responsible for building, powering, and evolving Nike’s online to offline ecosystem.
- Manage, lead and coach a growing, high-performing team across all Digital platforms. Create integration and connectivity between teams to build elevated digital journeys and O2O consumer experience.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team culture
STRATEGY
- Play pivotal role on continually landing - Big Ideas, Strategic Pillars and Resourcing (Operating Budget and Team /Agency /Tech)
- Lead, own, and drive the holistic Nike Digital Marketing Vision, Strategy & Plan for delivering on brand, business, and member activity.
- Lead omni-channel media strategy across Digital (Paid Social, SEM, Programmatic, Affiliates), Video, OOH, and key local channels
- Ensure media amplifies brand storytelling while driving marketplace demand
- Key integrator and thought-leader between core business partners
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in Digital Brand Marketing & Media experience. Preferably in a global, vertically integrated, or specialty retail and sports environment
- Strong brand planning and media strategy background
- Deep understanding of Hong Kong and Macau consumer culture and digital ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Expertise in both storytelling and performance marketing
- Strong grasp of marketing technology, data, and measurement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Passion for athletes, sport, and culture
