Role Summary

Oracle is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to grow Oracle Hospitality Cloud solutions across Hong Kong, Macau, and selected regional hospitality accounts. This role will focus on helping hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurant groups, F&B operators, cruise lines, and hospitality management companies modernize operations, improve guest experiences, and move critical systems to the cloud.

You will represent Oracle Hospitality’s cloud portfolio, including OPERA Cloud Property Management and Simphony POS, which support hotel operations, F&B operations, integrations, mobility, and enterprise hospitality transformation. Oracle describes OPERA Cloud as a cloud-based PMS designed to centralize data, simplify operations, and support integrations, while Simphony is positioned as a cloud POS platform for restaurant operators to streamline operations and expand channels.

This role is well suited to a proven SaaS or enterprise software seller, or a strong hospitality operations leader with deep F&B, hotel, casino, or restaurant technology experience who is ready to move into a strategic commercial role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive new business and cloud revenue growth across Oracle Hospitality solutions.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans for hotels, restaurants, casino operators, F&B groups, and hospitality enterprises.
  • Identify customer business challenges and position Oracle solutions around operational efficiency, guest experience, revenue growth, and digital transformation.
  • Build senior relationships with hotel owners, operators, restaurant group leaders, CIOs, IT teams, finance leaders, and operational decision-makers.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.

Customer Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand customer operations, pain points, and transformation priorities.
  • Deliver compelling value-based presentations and solution positioning in English, with Mandarin or Korean capability where required.
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Consulting, Delivery, and Partner teams to shape customer solutions.
  • Translate hospitality operational needs into clear business value for cloud PMS, POS, and connected hospitality platforms.

Pipeline & Forecasting

  • Build, qualify, and manage a healthy sales pipeline across the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, forecast, and account information using Oracle CRM tools.
  • Generate leads through industry networks, partner channels, customer referrals, events, and targeted account development.
  • Manage multiple enterprise opportunities while maintaining strong deal discipline and forecast accuracy.

Industry & Market Expertise

  • Stay current on hospitality technology trends, including cloud PMS, POS modernization, F&B SaaS, guest engagement, distribution, loyalty, and back-office operations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of hospitality operations across hotels, restaurants, casinos, resorts, and multi-site F&B environments.
  • Monitor competitive solutions and clearly articulate Oracle’s differentiation in enterprise hospitality technology.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, hospitality technology sales, or equivalent senior hospitality operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B SaaS, POS, restaurant technology, or hospitality operations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, revenue goals, or commercial KPIs.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Korean is strongly preferred; ability to read, write, and speak at business level is highly valued.
  • Ability to work independently across Hong Kong/Macau while collaborating with regional and global Oracle teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling or operating hospitality platforms such as PMS, POS, reservations, distribution, loyalty, guest engagement, or back-office systems.
