Accountabilities:

    • Own and standardize key marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, attribution, and channel ROI.
    • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reporting across CRM, marketing automation, and business intelligence platforms.
    • Establish consistent weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes that provide clear visibility into marketing performance.
    • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
    • Develop forecasting models, spend-to-pipeline analyses, and executive insights that support strategic planning and budget decisions.
    • Create scalable measurement frameworks for marketing experiments, pilot programs, and channel investments.
    • Maintain campaign tracking standards, attribution models, data quality, and marketing reporting infrastructure in partnership with cross-functional teams.
    • Support marketing stakeholders with self-service reporting, audience segmentation, data governance initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
    • Leverage AI tools to enhance data analysis, reporting efficiency, and insight generation while maintaining strong analytical judgment.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing performance, business intelligence, or a related analytical role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
      • Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and data integration processes.
      • Proven experience building dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
      • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations.
      • Strong knowledge of marketing funnel metrics, attribution methodologies, ROI analysis, and campaign performance measurement.
      • Experience supporting forecasting, strategic planning, and executive-level reporting.
      • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Experience using AI tools to improve analytics workflows and reporting efficiency.
      • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), multi-touch attribution, data enrichment platforms, or marketing forecasting is considered an advantage.
