Accountabilities:
- Lead, manage, and support sales representatives across the assigned region to achieve performance objectives.
- Drive achievement of regional sales goals, revenue targets, and key performance metrics.
- Execute sales strategies, processes, and territory plans to expand market presence and customer engagement.
- Travel with representatives to support sales activities, customer meetings, and business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare customers, clinical teams, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver product demonstrations, clinical education, and onsite training to support customer success.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, exhibitions, and local or national healthcare events.
- Manage territory responsibilities when required and ensure consistent customer support.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year undergraduate education.
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience.
- At least 5 years of sales management experience, preferably within healthcare or medical device environments.
- Proven ability to achieve sales objectives and lead teams toward measurable results.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and present effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and follow through on commitments.
- Proficiency using standard business technology, including computers and mobile devices.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport required.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40–45% of the time.
- Competitive total compensation package of approximately $190,000–$200,000, including base salary and commission opportunities.
