Accountabilities:

    As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, developing customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies. You will lead representatives, provide field support, and collaborate with healthcare customers to deliver value through education and consultative selling.

    • Lead, manage, and support sales representatives across the assigned region to achieve performance objectives.
    • Drive achievement of regional sales goals, revenue targets, and key performance metrics.
    • Execute sales strategies, processes, and territory plans to expand market presence and customer engagement.
    • Travel with representatives to support sales activities, customer meetings, and business development opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare customers, clinical teams, and key stakeholders.
    • Deliver product demonstrations, clinical education, and onsite training to support customer success.
    • Represent the organization at industry conferences, exhibitions, and local or national healthcare events.
    • Manage territory responsibilities when required and ensure consistent customer support.
    • Maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of healthcare experience, sales leadership capability, and customer-focused communication skills. You should be comfortable managing regional responsibilities, building trust with healthcare professionals, and operating independently in a field-based environment.

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year undergraduate education.
      • Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience.
      • At least 5 years of sales management experience, preferably within healthcare or medical device environments.
      • Proven ability to achieve sales objectives and lead teams toward measurable results.
      • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and present effective solutions.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
      • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and follow through on commitments.
      • Proficiency using standard business technology, including computers and mobile devices.
      • Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport required.
      • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40–45% of the time.
