Customer Service Specialist (Engineering Graduate) – Ankara
We are looking for an engineering graduate who wants to grow into an Account Manager role. As part of our Ankara team, you will manage end‑to‑end order processes, support customers and distributors, and gain hands‑on experience in technical product portfolios and account development.
What you will do:
Manage order administration and fulfillment
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics and internal teams
Maintain accurate ERP data (SAP)
Support account management activities and customer meetings
Ensure smooth delivery, documentation, and issue resolution
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Strong communication and customer focus
Interest in Account Management
Experience in customer service is a plus
ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
