Role Overview
Are you a master translator who can take complex, deeply technical product blueprints and turn them into high-converting, value-driven GTM narratives? Do you love the science of learning but hate the slow, traditional bottlenecks of old-school L&D?
We are looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement to bridge the gap between our Product engine and our commercial teams (primarily Sales & Customer Success). As a team of one, you won't just be managing a process; you will be architecting a scalable, AI-augmented enablement engine. You will partner closely with Product, Solution Consulting, and Product Marketing to ensure our GTM teams deeply understand our new products, technical capabilities, and real-world use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Technical to Commercial: Convert complex product briefs and technical documentation into digestible, high-impact enablement programs and assets for Sales and CS.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the strategic connective tissue between Product, Solution Consulting, Strategy Consulting, and Product Marketing (PMM).
- Program Design & Delivery: Apply strong L&D methodologies to design learning paths, certification programs, and interactive workshops that ensure product knowledge actually sticks.
- Scale with AI: Act as a force multiplier. Because this is a standalone role, you will leverage AI tooling (LLMs, agentic solutions, and automation) to build content, generate training materials, and scale enablement across the organization.
- Partner with Tech Experts: Work hand-in-hand with Solution Consultants to distill advanced technical features into clear, value-oriented customer use cases
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, Technical Enablement, or a closely related L&D function.
- SaaS Expertise (Strong Preference): A deep understanding of the fast-paced nature of SaaS environments, product release cycles, and commercial motions.
- The "Product Whisperer" Gene: Proven ability to sit with engineers and product managers, understand the technical "how," and independently translate it into the commercial "why."
- AI Literacy: Hands-on, practical experience using AI tools (e.g., advanced prompting, LLM workflows, agentic software) to automate content creation and scale your individual output.
- L&D Mindset: A strong grasp of instructional design, modern adult learning principles, and how to measure enablement efficacy beyond just "completion rates."
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
-
A sharp understanding of the priorities, KPIs, and pain points of Marketing Leaders (knowing what makes them tick helps you align our product value proposition to executive buyers).
What Success Looks Like in 60 Days: You have mapped out our upcoming product roadmap, and our past launches, established a seamless intake process with the Product and Solution Consulting teams, and deployed your first AI-assisted enablement sprint to the Sales and CS orgs.
The base salary range for this role is $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
