Accountabilities:
- Lead the strategy and evolution of global Martech and Digital Experience service offerings, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
- Translate complex technical capabilities across AI, data, automation, marketing platforms, and digital solutions into clear customer value propositions.
- Define product positioning, messaging, storytelling, and market narratives for new and existing offerings.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment between technical teams, sales teams, marketing teams, and business stakeholders.
- Structure and package commercial offerings to create scalable and competitive solutions.
- Build communication campaigns, customer journeys, and marketing initiatives to support portfolio growth.
- Enable sales teams by creating high-impact materials, including sales decks, one-pagers, business cases, competitive analysis, and FAQs.
- Participate in strategic customer meetings, supporting enterprise conversations and opportunity development.
- Collaborate with strategic technology partners and ecosystem stakeholders to strengthen market positioning.
- Research customer challenges, market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to influence service roadmaps.
- Work with data teams to analyze performance metrics and transform insights into compelling business narratives.
- Develop campaign cases and success stories that demonstrate business impact and return on investment.
- Support the creation of innovative offerings that increase revenue opportunities, expand pipeline generation, and strengthen market leadership.
- Solid experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, or a related strategic marketing role.
- Experience building product offerings, service portfolios, or technology solutions for enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of Martech ecosystems, digital experience platforms, marketing technology, and customer experience strategies.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Acquia, analytics tools, marketing automation solutions, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with campaign models, advertising strategies, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Experience supporting enterprise clients and navigating complex business environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
- Ability to connect technical teams with business stakeholders and translate complex concepts into clear business value.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to identify market opportunities.
- Excellent storytelling abilities, with the capability to transform technical information into ROI-driven narratives for executive audiences.
