Job Summary

The Sales Enablement Program Manager leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of strategic enablement programs while serving as the primary project manager for key initiatives. This role is responsible for driving alignment, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring successful execution across cross-functional stakeholders.
By building scalable processes and delivering consistent, measurable results, this role enables Sales to achieve SHI’s long-term strategy through alignment of strategy, structure, processes, and people.

This position reports to a Sales Enablement Manager.

Role Description

  • Lead and manage critical strategic initiatives within Sales Enablement.

  • Develop and lead program management for multiple strategic initiatives, including but not limited to:

    • Enablement and training initiatives

    • Marketing and event programs

    • SHI tools and platform rollouts

    • Business operations initiatives

  • Provide ongoing operational support for Sales Enablement programs.

  • Collaborate across SHI Sales teams and act as a liaison between various SHI Sales leaders.

  • Solicit input and leverage lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and avoid known challenges.

  • Effectively communicate program and project expectations to SHI Sales resources and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

  • Coordinate and track the progress of programs and projects.

  • Analyze policies, goals, and objectives of programs and evaluate overall program and project success.

  • Enable communication and visibility to ensure alignment across SHI Sales.

  • Analyze gaps and create processes that address challenges while aligning with the SHI Sales vision.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in program management and provide mentorship to others as needed.

  • Collaborate on continuous improvement efforts for programs, including:

    • Performance Measurement

    • Process Analysis

    • Improvement Planning

    • Change Management

  • 2+ years of experience managing programs and/or projects.

  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with project teams, business partners, and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.

  • 1+ year of employment with SHI.

  • 1+ year of experience managing programs and/or projects.

  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with project teams, business partners, and stakeholders.


Other Requirements

Ability to support multiple concurrent initiatives while managing competing priorities.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Enablement, Operations, Marketing, and other business functions.

  • Ability to drive alignment, accountability, and visibility across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Ability to support change management initiatives and promote adoption of new processes, programs, and tools.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
