We are building a modern private cloud platform by treating infrastructure as a software product. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex distributed systems problems, building automation, and enabling developers through scalable platform solutions.
You will work on Kubernetes/OpenShift-based platforms, develop APIs and automation, and improve reliability and scalability across hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop platform components, including Kubernetes/OpenShift operators and APIs
- Build automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using Go, Python, or similar languages
- Develop scalable microservices and platform services
- Improve reliability through monitoring, observability, and automated recovery
- Collaborate with application teams to enable self-service cloud capabilities
- Contribute to CI/CD and GitOps workflows
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in coding and system design
Qualifications
✅ Required
- 6–10 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or SRE
- Strong programming skills in Go or Python
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automation
✅ Preferred
- Experience with tools such as ArgoCD, Tekton, Helm, or Kustomize
- Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Understanding of service mesh concepts (e.g., Istio) and secure networking
- Exposure to hybrid or on-premise cloud environments
- Experience mentoring or leading engineering initiatives
