Role responsibilities
The IT Field Technician will provide onsite support for IT equipment and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. This role includes performing installations, upgrades, and break/fix support.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 1 year of IT technical support or field technician experience and a CompTIA A+ certification is required. Familiarity with networking fundamentals and experience with cabling is preferred.
