Regional Director of Business Development
Role responsibilities
The Regional Director of Business Development will recruit qualified financial advisors and advisor teams within an assigned territory, focusing on high-net-worth clients. They will build new recruiting opportunities through proactive outreach and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current advisors.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in financial services, ideally in sales or recruiting roles, with a strong understanding of the wealth management landscape. A Series 7 license is required, and experience using Salesforce or another CRM is preferred.
