Accountabilities:

    The Security Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise security architecture while ensuring secure technology adoption across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. The role requires close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to strengthen security posture, manage risk, and support organizational transformation.

    • Design and implement enterprise security architecture aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
    • Develop security roadmaps, architecture frameworks, reference models, and long-term cybersecurity strategies.
    • Lead architecture reviews for infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Perform threat modeling, security design reviews, and risk assessments for new and existing technology solutions.
    • Define and enforce enterprise security policies, standards, technical controls, and governance frameworks.
    • Architect secure solutions across Azure, AWS, GCP, hybrid cloud, and on-premises environments.
    • Design and enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Zero Trust security models.
    • Provide technical leadership across network security, endpoint protection, data security, encryption, API security, and vulnerability management.
    • Collaborate with Security Operations, Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Application teams to ensure secure solution implementation.
    • Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and recommend improvements to strengthen the organization's security posture.
    • Support incident response activities by providing architectural guidance and remediation recommendations.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security frameworks, and industry standards.
    • Mentor security engineers and contribute to cybersecurity governance, technical leadership, and strategic planning initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing enterprise security architectures and leading cybersecurity initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments. You should possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple technology domains.

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
      • 10 to 15 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Engineering, Security Architecture, or a related discipline.
      • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale security architectures.
      • Strong expertise in enterprise security architecture, cybersecurity strategy, and security governance.
      • Hands-on experience with cloud security across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
      • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea), and Zero Trust architecture.
      • Experience with Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SIEM, SOAR, and endpoint security technologies.
      • Strong understanding of network security architecture, firewall technologies, encryption, vulnerability management, and data protection.
      • Experience with Secure SDLC, DevSecOps, API security, threat modeling, and enterprise risk assessments.
      • Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Security Copilot, CrowdStrike Falcon, Okta, SailPoint, HashiCorp Vault, Kubernetes security, CASB, DLP, WAF, SASE/SSE, and Infrastructure as Code is advantageous.
      • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.
      • Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
      • Experience mentoring technical teams and promoting cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
      • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, Microsoft SC-100, Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500), AWS Certified Security – Specialty, GSE, or CEH are highly desirable.
