The Opportunity
Are you ready to rethink Experience Management and turn your full-stack skills into innovative, market-ready software solutions? How hardworking are you about helping customers solve real-life problems, unlocking the value that matters to them? We're eager to welcome you to our Experience Success engineering team! Together, we will craft the future of our AEM Sites customers.
We work with a large distributed team of product and engineering experts. Together, we build new AEM capabilities that improve website performance, traffic acquisition, and user engagement. As a mid-level engineer on the team, you'll apply your diverse technical background to design and ship customer-facing solutions end-to-end. We move fast, adapt on the fly, and focus on delivering real business impact.
What you'll Do
Develop core services and customer-facing cloud-native applications, driving features end-to-end across frontend, backend, web apps, and agents.
Translate loose requirements into actionable specs, producing high-quality, scalable code — even in fast-paced situations — while ensuring measurable business impact.
Challenge assumptions, prototype fast, iterate quickly, and refine solutions based on customer feedback and measurable outcomes.
Contribute Generative AI capabilities to product features and to your own development workflow, ensuring they align with customer value.
Work closely with customers and teammates: present solutions, prioritize tasks, grow with the support of your team, and help your peers grow.
What you need to succeed
BTech/MS or similar in Computer Science with 4–6 years of full-stack experience, or demonstrated accomplishments that prove you can build and ship fast at scale.
Proficient in backend development, preferably modern Node.js and its ecosystem, along with cloud technologies and persistence models (NoSQL, SQL databases).
Hands on front-end development experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
Exposure to DevOps practices — CI/CD, monitoring, observability, alerting, and tracing to ensure operational excellence.
Interest & exploration in Generative AI technologies is an added advantage.
The ability to remain calm, focused, and goal-oriented when handling critical issues raised by customers.
