The Role

We're looking for a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of critical roles across Eight Sleep. You'll act as an internal headhunter, proactively sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent rather than waiting on inbound applications. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build and manage pipelines, run a sharp interview process, and help us scale the teams that power our growth. Your job is to keep the pipeline full, the process fast, and the bar high.

How You'll Contribute

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles, from intake with the hiring manager through sourcing, screening, interviews, and hire

  • Proactively headhunt passive candidates via LinkedIn and direct outreach, building live pipelines before roles even open

  • Partner with hiring managers to sharpen role scoping and run a fast, rigorous interview process end to end

  • Run every search on our playbook: structured interview plans, consistent candidate communications, and Ashby automations that keep the process moving

  • Manage our university job portals and coordinate with career offices at top business schools to keep those pipelines flowing

  • Adapt across functions as hiring needs change, keeping pipeline data clean and metrics sharp in our ATS (Ashby).

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally blending agency or executive search with an in-house stint at a high-growth startup, D2C, or tech company

  • Experience recruiting internationally across Europe and the US, comfortable navigating different markets, comp norms, and hiring practices

  • Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates, with LinkedIn outreach campaigns that actually convert

  • Comfortable recruiting across a range of functions (marketing, web, and mobile, among others) and getting fluent enough in each to sell the role credibly

  • High-energy, resourceful, and fast-moving; you thrive with real ownership and minimal oversight

  • Sharp judge of talent and culture fit, with strong stakeholder management to keep hiring managers aligned and moving

  • Experience with modern ATS tools (Ashby a plus); organized and metrics-driven in how you track pipeline health

  • Affinity for consumer, health, wellness, or lifestyle brands, so you can sell the mission with conviction

  • Exceptional communicator, fluent in English
