Senior Revenue Specialist, High Efficiency Support

This is your chance to be part of a Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) that is offering owned, managed, and franchised Hilton hotels world-class revenue management talent and tools. As a Senior Revenue Specialist, you will report to the Manager of Revenue Management and support your hotel teams to grow market share and outperform competitors.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Execute high‑efficiency revenue management strategies using OnQ R&I, GRO, Portfolio Revenue Management (PRM), and RMCC tools across pooled and assigned portfolios
- Review daily and period performance using an exceptions‑based revenue management approach, prioritizing action where results deviate from expectations
- Analyze data at scale and implement tactical, repeatable actions instead of constant manual intervention
- Prepare for, support, or lead revenue and commercial conversations based on portfolio structure and engagement needs
- Apply audit findings, reporting insights, and system recommendations to hotel actions, focusing effort where it will drive the greatest impact
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Coordinate with external commercial stakeholders, including owners, operators, and franchise partners, to align revenue strategy and execution
- Work closely with internal RMCC stakeholders including Performance Support, Platform Activation, Business Development, and Onboarding teams to support continuous improvement, growth, and innovation of the High Efficiency Models
- Collaborate with internal commercial partners including Sales, Marketing, Distribution, eCommerce, Performance Support, Platform, and Brand teams
- Partner with hotel leadership to drive revenue performance, engagement, and adoption of Hilton tools and processes
- Provide people leadership for a team of Revenue Specialists, with emphasis on performance management, coaching, and ongoing development
- Contribute to a culture of trust, consistency, and shared accountability across RMCC
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
- Execution of pricing and revenue strategies for supported hotels across High Efficiency portfolios
- Clear, actionable outputs resulting from revenue and commercial discussions
- Audit execution and/or application of findings, depending on deployment
- Exception‑driven prioritization of revenue actions and escalations using PRM and performance insights
- Accurate CRM records and portfolio documentation
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Two (2) years of hospitality experience in Revenue Management
- Proficient in Revenue Management systems and industry-related reports
- Experience in storytelling statistical data to develop strategies and generate action
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience leading, mentoring or training
- Knowledge of Hilton's Revenue Management systems, including GRO and OnQ R&I
- Experience with TravelClick/Amadeus, Lighthouse and OTA extranet(s)

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $52,500 – $75,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
