Accountabilities:

    • Define product vision, goals, success metrics, and strategic direction for the products and services under management.
    • Partner with designers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and market opportunities.
    • Establish product roadmaps, prioritize features, define requirements, and translate high-level initiatives into actionable deliverables.
    • Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery, development, launch, and continuous iteration.
    • Build alignment and stakeholder support by communicating product strategies, decisions, priorities, and expected outcomes.
    • Collaborate with project teams to manage priorities, resolve blockers, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.
    • Represent a user-centered and outcome-focused product approach when working with external partners and internal teams.
    • Analyze product performance, measure progress toward goals, and use insights to guide improvements and future decisions.
    • Make informed product decisions in ambiguous environments while balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
    • Requirements:

      • At least five years of experience as a Product Manager leading cross-functional product teams and delivering digital products.
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
      • Experience building and launching consumer-facing web applications or digital platforms.
      • Strong ability to develop product strategies, create detailed plans, and gain alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex product, technical, and user experience trade-offs.
      • Proven ability to operate effectively in uncertain environments, structure problems, and drive action with incomplete information.
      • Strong product judgment with the ability to connect user needs, business goals, and market trends to product decisions.
      • Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to evaluate outcomes and improve products.
      • Collaborative, empathetic, adaptable, and proactive approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
      • Ability to meet U.S. work authorization requirements and any additional requirements related to government projects.
