 What you'll be doing...

As a Named Account Executive, you'll own the full sales journey for a strategic portfolio of accounts — bringing the power of Salesforce's Customer 360 platform to life and helping businesses create awe-inspiring customer experiences at scale. You'll lead complex, high-impact transactions and be the trusted advisor your customers didn't know they needed.

Your mission: build a book of business defined by trust, innovation, and consistent overperformance.
 
  • Drive an aggressive customer acquisition and expansion strategy to deliver strong annual growth in revenue and bookings.
  • Own your pipeline — build it, manage it, and close it. Meet and exceed pipeline generation and quota targets.
  • Forecast your business with precision and set the right expectations at every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Establish deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders — from champions to C-suite.
  • Align cross-functional teams (product, customer success, services, SE) to deliver extraordinary outcomes for your customers.
  • Partner with industry marketing, strategic operations, and product management to sharpen your go-to-market edge.
  • Stay sharp on competitive dynamics, market trends, and product evolution.
  • Define new approaches and playbooks that raise the bar for productivity and results.

 Who you are...
 
  • 8+ years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience, ideally in complex enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Consistent overachievement of revenue goals — you don't just hit quota, you exceed it.
  • Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers.
  • A natural relationship-builder with experience influencing at the C-level.
  • Strong pipeline generation discipline — you know how to create and convert opportunity.
  • Operationally sharp: you use data and process to drive decisions, not gut alone.
  • Thrives in a matrixed environment and knows how to orchestrate a team to win.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the energy and courage to design your own path.
