As our Sr. Analytics Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the Revenue Cycle Organization. You’ll lead efforts in reporting, analysis, automation, and quality assurance—delivering high-impact solutions that support operational excellence and executive visibility.
Here's what you will experience working as Sr. Analytics Analyst:
- Report Creation
Design and deliver recurring Power BI and ad-hoc Excel reports to stakeholders.
Acquire and manage data from internal and external sources.
Ensure timely delivery of insights for business-critical decisions.
- Analysis
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Translate findings into clear, concise summaries for leadership and operations.
Support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
- Automation & Process Improvement
Utilize development tools such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, and Git.
Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and/ or YAML.
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
- AI Agent Design for Reporting
Design and develop AI-powered agents to automate insight generation and reporting workflows.
Integrate AI models to enhance analytics capabilities and enable intelligent decision support.
Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in data-driven processes.
- Data Modeling
Design and optimize large-scale data models to support complex analytics and reporting requirements.
Implement dimensional modeling and star schema architectures for efficient data analysis.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable and maintainable data structures.
- Quality Assurance
Establish and enforce validation standards for data integrity and report accuracy.
Conduct thorough QA checks on deliverables and reporting outputs.
Document and maintain quality protocols to ensure consistency.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in an analytics role with complex datasets.
- Background in healthcare, finance, or operations analytics.
- Expert in SQL on any platform, including Snowflake/T-SQL/Microsoft SQL (must pass proficiency test).
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Epic data structures and healthcare data systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with cloud-based data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks).
- Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Familiarity with relational databases and large-scale data environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot CLI) and demonstrated ability to leverage AI models for analytics and automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA or an additional 5 years of experience.
- Experience with other programming languages such as Python or DAX to automate the delivery of reports across an enterprise is also preferred.
- Experience with Python or PySpark for data analysis and automation.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Expertise in designing and implementing AI agents for business process automation and analytics workflows.
