This is a 6 months internship, applicants must be comfortable committing full time during this 6 months internship.
About the role
Support Applied Materials South East Asia's UPSkill (Workforce Development) programs end-to-end, including capability insights, training evaluation (surveys and feedback), and delivery coordination to help build a future-ready organization. Partner with stakeholders to turn insights into actions, enhance learner experience, and support communications and broader ecosystem initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Run training evaluation cycles (surveys, feedback consolidation, segmentation) and translate findings into clear improvement actions
Analyze learner feedback and participant segments to identify trends, root causes, and prioritized recommendations to improve training outcomes
Support end-to-end program execution including annual work planning, scheduling/coordination, logistics (trainer/venue where applicable), and post-program follow-ups
Create and update program communications and materials (slides, briefs, announcements) to drive awareness and participation across the region
Track and report key KPIs (e.g., adoption, enrolment/completion, evaluation scores) and highlight risks, trends, and actions
Support cross-team initiatives (e.g., HR partnerships, events, ecosystem partnerships) and regional office requests as priorities shift, with defined outputs and deadlines
Identify process and tool improvements that reduce rework and improve the learner experience
About you
Ability to translate learner feedback and training data into clear, actionable insights
Strong research and structured problem-solving capability
Effective communication skills, including concise slide-building and writing for learner engagement
High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and follow through in a dynamic environment
Proactive, curious, and eager to drive impact in a regional workforce development environment
Comfortable committing for a minimal period of 6 months
