The Dynatite Machine Operator’s primary function are to ensure the assembly of various parts while using machines.

Skills & Abilities
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must be flexible – OT and weekends are required as needed.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 1-2 years manufacturing or assembly experience
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to read/write in English.
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Must have good eye/hand coordination.
- Must be able to lift 25 to 30 lbs routinely.
- Must be able to stand and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)
- Use of one or both feet or legs to move controls on machinery or equipment. Controls include, but are not limited to, pedals, buttons, levers, and cranks.
- Holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand(s). Note: Fingers are involved only to the extent that they are an extension of the hand to hold or operate a tool such as pliers.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $17.00– $19.00 /hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
