  • Own production outcomes including system reliability, performance, and operational health
  • Partner with Digital Product Managers and engineering teams to align across roadmaps and delivery
  • Drive modern software practices (TDD, CI/CD, observability, paired programming)
  • Translate security and compliance requirements into scalable engineering solutions and reusable patterns
  • Influence adoption of secure engineering standards and platform-integrated controls
  • Lead agile execution with a strong focus on outcomes over process

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years leading engineers with technical guidance (architecture, design, code reviews)
  • Experience building and operating distributed, cloud-based systems and microservices architectures

  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability
  • Experience deploying or supporting AI-based or advanced engineering capabilities
  • Experience working in agile environments delivering engineering and security outcomes

Desirable Skills (Applicable Across Both Roles)
