Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead and coordinate large-scale IT programs across multiple teams and workstreams:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs, from discovery and planning through execution and deployment.
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams including technical, data, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
• Drive execution using Agile methodologies and enterprise project management frameworks.
• Ensure alignment between program delivery and strategic business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and status reporting for executive stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Track program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives, including data-intensive and AI-related projects.

Requirements:

This role requires strong IT program management experience in complex enterprise environments:

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT program or project management roles.
• Proven experience managing full lifecycle delivery of complex IT initiatives.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and enterprise project delivery frameworks.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across technical and business domains.
• Familiarity with data-driven systems, AI-enabled solutions, or enterprise software implementations is a plus.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost tracking.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, global environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a delivery-focused mindset.
