In this exciting and challenging position as Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of the Medtronic Aortic portfolio across Denmark. You will work closely with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, procurement organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders to improve patient outcomes through innovative endovascular and aortic therapies.
As part of the Nordic Aortic team, you will contribute not only to regional business growth but also to broader business initiatives, best-practice sharing, and cross-functional projects that support the continued development of the Nordic organization. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead all sales activities in the assigned territory, primarily Denmark, while supporting broader Nordic opportunities as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, procurement teams, hospital management, and key opinion leaders.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans, deliver product presentations and training, and provide clinical and technical support during procedures when appropriate.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity tracking, forecasting, tenders, negotiations, contract support, and customer follow-up.
  • Use CRM, sales data, market intelligence, and customer feedback to drive planning, identify growth opportunities, and improve business performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and contribute to regional projects, team development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with prior experience in healthcare, medical device sales, life sciences, or a related field
  • Strong interest in healthcare, sales, and customer engagement, with a clear commercial mindset
  • Ability to identify customer needs and turn them into business opportunities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across complex stakeholder groups
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with willingness to travel extensively, work remotely, and operate fluently in Danish and English

Experience in the healthcare industry is required, ideally within cardiovascular, vascular, endovascular, aortic, or related therapy areas, with knowledge of EVAR, TEVAR, and complex aortic procedures considered an advantage. The role also requires understanding of Nordic healthcare systems, procurement processes, tenders, and contract negotiations, along with experience in business planning, forecasting, sales performance analysis, and using data to support business decisions. Experience leading projects, contributing to business improvement or cross-functional initiatives, and working effectively in a matrix organization is important, while Swedish language skills are a strong advantage given the Nordic scope of the role.
