Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical solutions aligned with business requirements and Microsoft best practices.
- Participate in all phases of ERP implementation projects, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Develop customizations, extensions, and enhancements using X++ while applying strong object-oriented programming principles.
- Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and internal or external systems using technologies such as Web Services, DIXF, DMF, OData, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON, SSIS, and SQL.
- Perform complex data migration activities, ensuring data quality, accuracy, integrity, and performance using DIXF, DMF, and other migration tools.
- Develop, customize, and optimize SSRS reports and reporting solutions based on business needs.
- Configure and support technical components including workflows, batch jobs, security roles, user access, and system administration activities.
- Manage environments, source control, build pipelines, releases, and deployments using Azure DevOps, ALM tools, and related development platforms.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server components including stored procedures, views, functions, and queries to improve application performance.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, support materials, and development standards while ensuring compliance with security and coding guidelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Proficiency in X++ programming with strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience developing integrations using Web Services, DIXF, DMF, OData, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON, SSIS, and direct SQL.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with Azure Logic Apps and third-party applications.
- Strong experience with data migration, technical upgrades, and code upgrades from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Expertise in SSRS report development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, views, and query optimization.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source control, deployment, and release management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 technology stack, including .NET, Exchange, and SharePoint integrations.
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations implementation projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
