Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: The MVD - Interconnect Assembler is responsible for performing complex and repetitive wiring, installation of electrical components, and this role ensures all assemblies meet electrical and mechanical specifications, performs quality checks, and prepares finished products for testing.In this function you will:•    Wire Sub-Assemblies and components according to specifications and standards using tools such as wire strippers, crimpers and basic hand tools•    Perform mechanical assembly including installation of electrical components and steel parts•    Execute complex wiring tasks using schematics, diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOM)•    Ensure all copper connections meet required specifications•    Inspect completed work to verify electrical standards•    Follow and maintain production schedules to meet assembly line demand•    Collaborate with supervisors, team leads, and coworkers to identify and escalate production issues promptly•    Promote and maintain a safe work environment for self and others•    Perform additional duties as assigned•    Cross train for other job functions as necessary•    Proactively identify opportunities for process improvementQualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications:•    High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution•    Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
