To drive our growth and success, we are seeking dynamic and growth-oriented individuals to design dream wedding for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and generate leads.Conduct sales presentations and consultations with prospective clients to understand theirneeds and present tailored wedding packages and services.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer serviceand satisfaction throughout the planning process.Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Team Collaboration and LeadershipProvide guidance and support to the sales and event planning teams, fostering acollaborative and productive work environment.Share industry knowledge and sales techniques to enhance the team's performance andprofessional growth.Supervising end to end design & delivery of an event and customer experienceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.Minimum of 1 - 6 years of experience in sales, preferably within the wedding/event industry.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work timings, and holidays as required.Benefits:Competitive salary and Monthly Incentives structure.Insurance Benefits for you, your spouse and kids (if any).Paid time off, maternity/paternity support and bank holidays.A dynamic and supportive work environment.This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative company and make a significantimpact in shaping the future of the wedding industry for customers, globally.
