Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end enablement strategy for APAC, including program design, content creation, delivery, and performance measurement.
- Build and manage onboarding programs for new sellers across India, Australia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and other APAC markets.
- Deliver recurring live training sessions while continuously improving curriculum based on feedback, business priorities, and performance data.
- Localize global sales materials, including presentations, messaging frameworks, competitive resources, and product documentation, to meet regional market needs.
- Act as a technical bridge between product capabilities and sales teams by translating complex AI, API, integration, and platform concepts into clear business value.
- Support partner enablement initiatives by developing localized training resources and certification programs for channel teams.
- Collaborate with global enablement teams to share best practices, contribute to worldwide initiatives, and maintain alignment across regions.
- Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate enablement impact through metrics such as ramp time, sales effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and win rates.
- 8+ years of experience in GTM roles, including 4+ years in sales enablement, technical selling, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing functions.
- Proven experience creating enablement programs from scratch, including onboarding, continuous learning, e-learning, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Experience as an early enablement hire or regional enablement leader within a global software or technology company expanding into APAC.
- Strong ability to adapt global messaging and materials for diverse APAC markets through collaboration with local teams and external partners.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with experience delivering frequent live training sessions.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to explain APIs, AI models, integrations, and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting technical, API-first, or developer-focused products is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue operations, and how enablement influences pipeline and business outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional fluency in Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed, and international environment.

As the GTM Enablement leader for APAC, you will be responsible for creating scalable programs that improve seller productivity, strengthen market execution, and support regional expansion. You will partner with sales, marketing, product, and partner teams to ensure commercial teams have the knowledge, tools, and confidence required to succeed.
