Accountabilities:
- Lead pricing transformation initiatives by analysing market dynamics, modelling scenarios, recommending pricing changes, and supporting implementation across channels.
- Develop long-term pricing principles and frameworks that contribute to strategic business planning and sustainable growth.
- Analyse promotional performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and create recommendations and guidelines for future campaigns.
- Build testing and learning programs to evaluate promotional strategies, validate commercial hypotheses, and improve revenue outcomes.
- Support retail expansion initiatives by developing SKU, range, cost, and scenario models to recommend optimal commercial strategies.
- Translate complex analysis into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Partner with commercial, finance, operations, and regional teams to align pricing strategies with customer needs and business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor by challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, and driving informed decision-making.
- Significant experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, business analytics, consulting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, including ROI analysis, incrementality, price elasticity, unit economics, cost modelling, and forecasting.
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and convert findings into practical commercial recommendations.
- Experience managing pricing strategies, promotions, or revenue optimization initiatives across multiple channels such as retail, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer environments.
- Strong understanding of omni-channel businesses and the ability to optimize pricing structures across different markets and customer segments.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in business intelligence and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the confidence to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
