What you’ll be doing

As Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for restaurant and retail partners, ensuring they are set up for long-term success on the Wolt platform. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, oversee compliance and content setup, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining Wolt’s high standards.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new restaurant and retail merchants across cities in local country
  • Lead internal initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with business data requirements, including validation of contracts, KYC, and KYB processes
  • Create and maintain merchant venue pages, including menu setup, product photos, translations, and updates, in line with Wolt’s brand standards
  • Ensure merchants receive Wolt-grade service throughout onboarding by monitoring progress, addressing needs, and maintaining supportive communication
  • Educate partners on using the Wolt Merchant App and Merchant Portal to optimize their performance
  • Support post-activation success by sharing insights, best practices, and aligning merchants with Wolt’s service standards
  • Oversee administrative systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and updated databases
  • Assist the team with operations by managing communications, updating systems, and driving process improvements

  • Have a proven track record of business partner relationships or partner onboarding.
  • Take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting stuff done and seeing things through.
  • Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Estonian.
  • Are entrepreneurial, innovative, and good at solving problems.
  • Can adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market.
  • Have 2+ years in partner operations or customer support and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; own end-to-end workflows with on-time delivery, clean CRM and data hygiene, and smart escalations.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Please note, that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting. 

The salary below is the monthly salary range for this position:

1953-2441 EUR
